
The Fattoria Fazzuoli stands on the cliffs at the foot of Pratomagno, at an altitude of about 300 m above sea level, in an area particularly suited for the production of a very high quality extra virgin olive oil. Before bottling it is checked and certified by the Consortium of Tuscan extra virgin olive oil (which subjects it to numerous chemical analyzes and tasting by the commission of experts and only if the oil passes all the tests is it certified), by ICEA (Institute for ethical and environmental certification) which is the control body for organic agriculture delegated by the Ministry of Agricultural Activities and by IFOAM, the international institute for the certification of organic agriculture.
